To ensure proper scheduling of labour, equipment, and staffing resources for all clients, the following cancellation policy applies to scheduled services:

• Less than 24 hours’ notice: 100% of the scheduled service value will be charged.
• 24 to 72 hours’ notice: 50% of the scheduled service value will be charged.
• More than 72 hours’ notice: No cancellation fee.

This policy is in place due to the operational costs associated with reserving labour, scheduling staff, and allocating resources for each service appointment.
