What We Look For
The Right Attitude Matters More Than Experience
Experience in cleaning or a similar service role is an asset but not a requirement. We are willing to train the right person. What we do require:
- Reliability and punctuality.
- Minimum 1 years experience in commercial or residential cleaning.
- Attention to detail and pride in the finished result.
- A professional attitude toward clients and colleagues.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Legally eligible to work in Canada.
- Background check required prior to hire.
